We replied to your email, telling you the fault likely lies with your email provider and suggesting you get a more reliable email account, such as Gmail, which is free.
We get ‘where’s my email?’ emails frequently, and they usually come from people with accounts with one of three email providers. There’s one in the UK, one in Australia, and one in the USA. We suspect these companies view email as a legacy product, and no longer invest in it. Hence their spam filters block emails that their customers actually want to see. And the customers blame us.
