Can you tell us what the problem is, Catherine? It’s very likely to be at your end, perhaps an expired credit card, or non-compliance with the security protocols which are there to protect you (i.e. being asked via SMS to confirm the payment is genuine.)

We’re not aware of problems with the system, but in any case, you’d get a rapid reply by emailing us rather than leaving a comment on the website.
