Elezioni in Svezia: la destra avanza

Il 9 settembre ha visto
la Svezia andare alle urne
per eleggere il nuovo governo.

Le previsioni indicano
una forte crescita
per il partito di destra,
anti immigrazione e anti UE
guidato da Jimmie Åkesson,
che si avvicina ora
al 20% dei consensi.

Il centrosinistra,
composto da socialdemocratici e verdi,
nonostante il calo,
arriva circa al 40%.

“Finalmente anche la Svezia,
patria del multiculturalismo
e modello per la sinistra,
dice no a questa Europa di burocrati,
no all’immigrazione illegale
e no all’estremismo islamico”
commenta su Twitter Matteo Salvini,
ministro dell’interno italiano
e leader della Lega.

Many thanks to Stefania Zamagni, who wrote this article, and Thomas Stephens (aged 15) who recorded it.

I’ll tell him, Lynn. His mum said that he pronounced a word wrongly, though. Did you spot it??

      Hi Joseph,

When national newspapers cease publishing articles about politics, so will this site.

The article was written by a Swedish national, and approved by our editor – a political-science graduate who has followed the Swedish election with interest (that’s me, actually…)

It’s similar to content that was published in many places internationally this week. The young Italians who are writing articles for this site are naturally very interested in the future of their nation, and in political events elsewhere in Europe and the world.

Of course, if you don’t think the content is appropriate, you should feel free to ignore any future articles you disapprove of.

      Buono studio!
